Lose Your Fattitude!

After 27 long years of wanting to lose that extra 10 pounds, I’ve discovered something that works!  I also learned that everything I’ve ever thought I knew about diet, nutrition, and fitness, was COMPLETELY WRONG.  In the future I will post a lot more info on this topic, but in the meantime I want to share the essentials, and maybe you can research it/ try it for yourself.

The idea behind the bulletproof diet is to change your entire attitude about fat, (fattitude.)  Eating lots of healthy, natural, grass fed fats, such as butter, coconut oil, steak, etc, can actually help you LOSE fat.  I know this because I lost about 10 pounds when I started to do it, and have kept it off for over a year.  Step number 1: I replaced my typical breakfast of sugary carbs (fruit, granola, and cereal,) with BUTTER COFFEE 🙂

The Complete Bulletproof Diet Road Map

 
Ingredients:

  • Organic coffee (brewed and hot)
  • Organic butter or ghee from a grass-fed cow- Kerry Gold is a good brand
  • Organic coconut oil, or better yet Bulletproof Brain Octane, or MCT oil
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Natural Cinnamon & Nutmeg

*You also need a blender, I love the Ninja

Directions:

  1. Brew Coffee
  2. Pour hot coffee into the pitcher or cup from your blender
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter
  4. Add 1 table spoon of coconut oil or Bulletproof Octane or MCT oil
  5. Add a small splash of almond milk
  6. Add a dash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg
  7. Blend ingredients together in blender (only takes a few seconds)

Enjoy the frothy deliciousness of butter coffee, and your increased energy and focus.
